Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity for bulk custom printing is 50 tees. For stock blank T-shirts (no printing), you can order from 1 piece.
What payment methods do you accept?
LionTheBest accepts: bank transfer, Momo, VNPAY, and COD (blank T-shirt orders only, not for custom print orders). 50% deposit required for print orders, balance due upon delivery.
Printing
What file formats do you accept for printing?
We accept AI, PDF vector, and transparent PNG (300dpi or higher). If you don't have a ready file, our team can help build one from reference images.
What printing methods do you support?
We support: screen printing, DTG digital printing, machine embroidery and puff printing. We'll recommend the best method based on your design and quantity.
Shipping
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes from 3 business days after sample approval, depending on the tee and quantity (the exact lead time is shown in your quote). Delivery is 1–2 days within the city, and 2–4 days to other provinces.

What is the LionTheBest sizing chart?
LionTheBest offers sizes from XS to 3XL. Check the size guide on each product page or contact us for advice. LionTheBest tees typically run one size larger than standard Vietnamese sizing.
